The Tipo Appointment App is the greatest app for any company that needs to use a website appointment program to operate their business more efficiently and profitably. The learning curve to customize the app is very short and easy to learn. Most importantly, the customer service support is responsive and easy to communicate with via text. Don’t purchase another app without test driving this great app first, you won’t be disappointed.

It does almost everything I need! When I reach out to support, they are quick to assist me. Helped me with 2 issues back to back. Very satisfied. My only suggestions to improve the app: 1. Have the availability to duplicate Services, so you don't have to change all the settings for each new service you create. In my field, I have new services every month, and changing the settings can be tedious. 2. Have the availability to make certain services only available on certain days of the week. The only workaround I have found is to create a blackout for EACH WEEK of the year to blackout consecutive days. It is very tedious.

This is simply the best app u can get for Shopify if your business relies on appointments! Do give it a go, highly recommended.

Few small issues setting it up and still learning the app but the support has been awesome and quick feedback. Actual app: 4 star. Support: 5 so far.

The customer service it's over the top. In less than 24 hours the changes de coding so my other app could work properly, I never have issues with this app

A very useful tool, that does everything exactly as described. It does take some working out how to set up initially so be sure to look up the documentation before getting frustrated, stick with it and you'll be glad you installed it. If you get too stuck with set up their customer service is also prompt and helpful.

Ottima app per una prenotazione fluida e customizzabile! Nel caso di evento gratuito, é inoltre possibile saltare il checkout di Shopify. Le mail di conferma sono customizzabili con lo stile, immagini, colori del proprio sito. La cosa migliore rimane il supporto, disponibile e veloce per eventuali fix sul tema. Consigliata!

we found this app a little difficult to start with - more down to our low-level of tech knowledge, however we reached out for support. The support given was great and we were quickly using the booking system for our framing service during the pandemic. It worked really well.
