Cancelled a free trail and was still billed for months. Very deceptive to stop billing even after you cancel the free trial.

This is absolutely not deceptive in any way — our Plus plan clearly states at checkout that there is no free trial and that billing begins immediately, which you approved before the charge went through. Our Basic and Pro plans both include a full 7 day free trial with zero charge until after the trial ends. We take every concern seriously and want to make sure you have a great experience with Titan. EDIT: After reviewing your account we can see you’ve been an active paying subscriber since October. If billing was unclear or deceptive we’re genuinely unsure why the subscription continued for several months without reaching out to us sooner. Our billing is fully transparent and shown clearly before any charge is processed. And uninstalling the app is easily voids all billing. The worst app I've ever used. I have ever used. I do not recommend anyone to download this terrible program. I did not get anything good out of it, it did not give me any results, it just took 40 euros from me in one day of downloading and using it, and then they did not want to return it. Support does not respond to messages, the website is as ugly and unattractive as possible, so I do not recommend anyone to download this program and use it for your purposes.
