Als Glessener Mühlenhof - Familien- und Erlebnisbauernhof - nutzen wir Tixator für unser Ticketing und sind sehr zufrieden. Der Verkauf unserer Veranstaltungen – von unserem Klassiker „Bauernhoferlebnis“ bis zu Sonderformaten wie limitierte Aktionen oder Hochzeitsmessen – läuft zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Einrichtung und Backend sind klar strukturiert, die Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen funktioniert einfach und automatisiert. Die Integration in unsere Abläufe – online wie vor Ort – ist reibungslos. Da Ticketverkauf ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Betriebs ist, bedeutet das für uns vor allem: weniger Technikstress, mehr Fokus auf unsere Inhalte. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Support: schnelle, persönliche Rückmeldungen und Hilfe – ohne versteckte Zusatzkosten. We used Tixator for a few in-person events that we regularly hold. We are mostly a retailer and not an event organizers, but we had quite some pain with events that where attended by uninvited guests. If you have > 100 people on the guest list, it is not possible to know everybody, and this spreads and people are using us for free food and entertainment. With Tixator we can super easily create and issue tickets and the validation at the door is perfect and super stylish. As the prices are also comparatively low, it is a no-brainer for us to use it.
