Tixator ‑ Sell Event Tickets

This app - and more importantly - the support you get - is amazing! We now have QR code tickets and can scan attendees in and out so simply. The support team have been incredible to get me up and running and reply promptly to any requests of support I have had. I 100% recommend this app.

When looking for an alternative ticketing app to Eventbrite, we found Tixator and it ticked all of the boxes for us. In fact, the options to customise and enhance our ticketing experience far exceeded our expectations. The care and attention offered for onboarding and ongoing support has been second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend this app.

Die Erstellung und der Verkauf der Tickets verliefen problemlos und unkompliziert. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass sich auch ein eigenes Early-Bird-Kontingent anlegen ließ, das nach Ablauf der entsprechenden Phase automatisch nicht mehr angezeigt wurde – genau so hatte ich es mir erhofft. Auch mit dem Support habe ich bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Bei Fragen fühlte ich mich jederzeit gut betreut; selbst an einem Samstag erhielt ich innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort. Zum Ticket-Einlass und zur Nutzung der App vor Ort kann ich noch nichts sagen, da unser Event erst noch bevorsteht. Nach meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen kann ich die Plattform aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super App zum Ticket-Verkauf über Shopify! Tickets werden als Shopify-Produkte angelegt, was es erlaubt diese direkt und sofort im Onlineshop zu verkaufen. Support reagiert auch sehr schnell bei Fragen oder Problemen. Volle Empfehlung!

This app is very easy to use. The customer service is outstanding. We have more events coming up and happy to have this app to use. They are currently working on adding more features which makes me very happy.

We managed a few events meanwhile. We had some special wishes, and the Tixator people listened to our explanations, thought about it, and implemented an even nicer solution than we had in mind. They also onboarded us at the start and spent 45 minutes not only installing the app, but also giving lots of tips for shopify marketing.

We used Tixator for a few in-person events that we regularly hold. We are mostly a retailer and not an event organizers, but we had quite some pain with events that where attended by uninvited guests. If you have > 100 people on the guest list, it is not possible to know everybody, and this spreads and people are using us for free food and entertainment. With Tixator we can super easily create and issue tickets and the validation at the door is perfect and super stylish. As the prices are also comparatively low, it is a no-brainer for us to use it.
