We organized two book reading events with about 250 users each. The ticket design option to freely design your ticket and then just position the dynamic elements like QR code and date/time is nice and gives good branding options. Tickets arrived reliably within seconds or minutes, for people who lost or deleted their tickets it is easy to resend the tickets directly out of the app with the touch of a button. Checkin at site went smoth, with 3 staff in parallel scanning with google phones by scanning the QR-code.

We used Tixator for a few in-person events that we regularly hold. We are mostly a retailer and not an event organizers, but we had quite some pain with events that where attended by uninvited guests. If you have > 100 people on the guest list, it is not possible to know everybody, and this spreads and people are using us for free food and entertainment. With Tixator we can super easily create and issue tickets and the validation at the door is perfect and super stylish. As the prices are also comparatively low, it is a no-brainer for us to use it.
