Just getting into it now, but so far, so good. Easy way to add messaging to the store as well as cart abandonment and some automated customer service.

Okay, I have to say that this is an amazing tool to have in your marketing toolbox! I am not very savvy about messenger yet, but this does most everything you would need for FREE!
