We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Toki. Toki fulfilled everything and more that we needed for a loyalty and membership program. But more than that, our experience with the Toki team and Jason in particular was exceptional. Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning exactly how we needed. Very very happy and impressed with Toki and would recommend it to everyone!

Can't say enough great things about starting with Toki - Jason was amazing to work with to get us organized and moving with setting up our rewards platform with Toki. He scheduled a zoom meeting with me and walked me through everything and answered all my questions...and guided me through some things I hadn't considered. When I had some issues launching the program he was prompt in getting me sorted - ended up being related to a browser issue on my end. really excited to grow with our new rewards!

Our experience with Toki has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, their team (S/O Elise) was there, working hand in hand with us to build and customize our loyalty program, offering support that has continued throughout our experience. Their level of service is unmatched in the Shopify app space. The Toki team is always available to answer questions and act as a true thought partner, and their customization and dev support have surpassed every expectation. Not only is everyone so kind and easy to work with, but Nikita, the CTO, has also been incredibly hands-on and positive, always willing to explore new possibilities with us. Jason, our CSM, is thorough and super responsive, frequently sending detailed Loom videos to ensure we're set up for success. Having used several major loyalty tools, I can confidently say that Toki’s level of customization and ongoing support is unparalleled. Building a program with Toki is not about vanity metrics—Toki helps foster true community building that translates into revenue. We love it!

Toki is a truly unique loyalty & rewards experience for members, and this couldn't have been a better fit for our needs. The ability to make challenges, activities, give rewards, and so much more is AMAZING! We love working with the Toki team and always appreciate their incredible customer service as we’ve built out our program for Paris Hilton’s audience.
