Great program, all the right tools are here to set your business up for success, and their team, particularly Jason, is SUPER helpful for getting everything set up and dialed in immediately. As someone who has gone through countless add-ons to my shopify store that have been a waist, this is one of the good ones. Can't wait to see what they continue to develop!

I’ve had a great experience using this app. The customer support team is outstanding they respond quickly, are incredibly helpful, and truly go the extra mile to solve any issues. Every time I’ve encountered an inconvenience, they’ve provided a prompt and effective solution. It’s refreshing to use an app where you feel supported every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Toki has a lot of great features that we were looking for, specifically the ability to do loyalty and have a wallet pass in one platform, and for a much better price than some other options we've used before. Jason has been so available and helpful to us during set up or whenever any issues have arisen, and he's even called out some things he noticed with our program after it went live. Jason and the team have also been very accommodating to features and updates that we've expressed desire for and done things to improve the platform based on our direct feedback with him. I do think the UI could perhaps get some updates to be a little clearer, but Jason has always been available to help us execute anything or help us work through snags so that hasn't really been an actual issue for us. Overall a great a loyalty option for a smaller company that still wants more robust features without the enormous cost of things like Yotpo.
