We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Toki. Toki fulfilled everything and more that we needed for a loyalty and membership program. But more than that, our experience with the Toki team and Jason in particular was exceptional. Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning exactly how we needed. Very very happy and impressed with Toki and would recommend it to everyone!

Can't say enough great things about starting with Toki - Jason was amazing to work with to get us organized and moving with setting up our rewards platform with Toki. He scheduled a zoom meeting with me and walked me through everything and answered all my questions...and guided me through some things I hadn't considered. When I had some issues launching the program he was prompt in getting me sorted - ended up being related to a browser issue on my end. really excited to grow with our new rewards!

Our experience with Toki has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, their team (S/O Elise) was there, working hand in hand with us to build and customize our loyalty program, offering support that has continued throughout our experience. Their level of service is unmatched in the Shopify app space. The Toki team is always available to answer questions and act as a true thought partner, and their customization and dev support have surpassed every expectation. Not only is everyone so kind and easy to work with, but Nikita, the CTO, has also been incredibly hands-on and positive, always willing to explore new possibilities with us. Jason, our CSM, is thorough and super responsive, frequently sending detailed Loom videos to ensure we're set up for success. Having used several major loyalty tools, I can confidently say that Toki’s level of customization and ongoing support is unparalleled. Building a program with Toki is not about vanity metrics—Toki helps foster true community building that translates into revenue. We love it!

Toki is a truly unique loyalty & rewards experience for members, and this couldn't have been a better fit for our needs. The ability to make challenges, activities, give rewards, and so much more is AMAZING! We love working with the Toki team and always appreciate their incredible customer service as we’ve built out our program for Paris Hilton’s audience. Elise, Jason, and the entire Toki team have been amazing from the beginning! Their willingness to help us set up and start a loyalty program for our customers has been very refreshing. The integration into Shopify made everything simple. We also appreciate the many customization options available so that the Toki Wallet, App Blocks, and Modules fit our current branding and store theme. Five stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wanted to highlight a few things about the Toki app that I believe set it apart from the overwhelming number of choices for loyalty and reward apps out there. 1. Their Team: they take customer support seriously and their enthusiasm to figure out ways to truly customize to meet your loyalty and membership needs is huge. I've spoken with both Jason and Elise during my time on the app and they have felt like an extension of our team vs. the cold, rehearsed app sales/client success managers I'm used to. 2. Their Product: I was so impressed by what Toki was building, the sheer breadth of their features is huge. You can really feel that they are trying to be leaders in their space and innovate alongside their customers. To list a few more unique features they offer: store credit, paid memberships, apple wallet passes for in-person redemption/shopping, community channels, alliances to cross promote with other brands, exclusive member-only products, and so much more. 3. Their Design Portal: it allows you to have so much customization over their widgets whether you want a pop-up, embedded, or to build your own pages with specific sections. Other loyalty apps we've tried were very rigid in their design offering, only allowing you to customize colours, logos and icons.

Toki has been an absolute game-changer for us. Nikita, Elise, Jason, and the rest of their team are top-notch – whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, they respond quickly and go above and beyond to help us out. It saves us time and helps make us more money, it’s a no-brainer.

Jason and the team at Toki have been a delight to work with. They offer a robust rewards program with loads of features that is also fully customizable. They are always responsive and willing to help. I would highly recommend Toki for anyone looking to get started with loyalty and rewards.

We've been using Toki for our Loyalty & Membership program at Tiri Pro, and it's been an absolute game-changer! Setting it up was simple after utilizing their convenient templates, and the app integrated easily with our Shopify store. What's been really phenomenal is how Toki handles all the loyalty rewards & membership build-outs alongside our team through launch. We were able to create a really dynamic experience that allows our brand to evolve. It's made keeping our customers engaged, incentivized, and coming back for more a total cakewalk. We’re learning valuable insights, our community is getting rewarded, and it’s all done in a beautifully branded interface that we made in Toki’s backend. Our customers absolutely love the exclusive perks and how smoothly everything works for them. But with that, I've got to give a shoutout to Toki's customer service team too. Whenever we've needed help, they're right there with the answers and great advice. Can't say enough about how helpful they've been! Elise, the founder, is a total visionary, which we love (and we are too!). It’s rare to see founders be so involved with onboarding and customer satisfaction, so it made it very easy to make it work. If you're looking for a way to really boost customer loyalty and drive more sales, we at Tiri Pro can't recommend Toki enough. They've nailed it for us!

The Toki team has been great in supporting our referral campaign. Despite their small team size, they consistently delivered updates promptly to meet our needs. Their flexible billing structure has been particularly useful, allowing us to test the market before making a significant budget commitment, unlike many of their competitors. I recommend Toki to anyone in need of a referral program integration. Give them a try, and you'll be glad you did.

So far so good. Been using this instead of another loyalty platform and really enjoyed how slick the backend is. Easy with the magic link, no issues for customer logins and lots of great features. I really like how they're really hands on and listen to feedback. Looking forward to growing with them

Working with the Toki team has been a breeze. Brilliant minds with answers to every problem. Their app has made our day-to-day significantly easier. They have replaced Loyalty Lion capabilities + several more that LL was missing. The backend is intuitive and easy to navigate. Highly recommended.

We just started using Toki for our reward program, and I really want to share how great it is so far. Elise and her team are super helpful. They answer all our questions fast and make it easy for us to get started. They're really nice to work with. We also really like how Toki looks. It's new and different, which makes our program stand out. It gives our customers something fresh and fun, plus some cool features too.

Doing the install right now. It is a very powerful software. Will take some time to get used to because of all the options you have. Customer service is very good, very attentive and detail oriented. The support articles are extensive. This has everything you ever could have imagined. Switched from Yotpo Loyalty which was good customer service and good program but pales in comparison to the feature count of Toki - and Toki comes at a better price. Very glad I found them, and I have no doubt they will be continuously improving the experience.

Toki has been pretty amazing so far. For the past few years we've been looking for a good rewards + loyalty + referral system, finally we found this one with ALL the features we want. All the settings are easy to navigate, the interfaces for front-end and back-end are very pleasant to use. Although the pricing can get hefty if you want all the features, but there are options to start easier and then progress into more advanced functionalities. The only suggestion I have so far is to have a longer trial period for new users, there are so many things to configure, it's not an easy task for any small business to complete within two weeks time. We are very looking forward to launch our membership program with Toki's help.
