Beyond excellent — this app is in a league of its own. I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque. But what really sets Toki apart is the customer service. Jason has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire setup process. No matter the issue, he was always there with a solution, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making everything work perfectly. Every single problem I encountered was resolved — and resolved well. What truly impressed me is that if you need something custom or a specific code tweak, their team just does it. No hassle, no back and forth — they get it done quickly and professionally.
