Beyond excellent — this app is in a league of its own. I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque. But what really sets Toki apart is the customer service. Jason has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire setup process. No matter the issue, he was always there with a solution, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making everything work perfectly. Every single problem I encountered was resolved — and resolved well. What truly impressed me is that if you need something custom or a specific code tweak, their team just does it. No hassle, no back and forth — they get it done quickly and professionally. If you're serious about building a loyalty program that reflects your brand and delivers a great experience to your customers, look no further. Toki and their team are worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend!

Jason, our support point of contact, was absolutely amazing! It took us quite a bit of time to get everything fully set up on our end for our loyalty program, and throughout the entire process, Jason was patient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us get the Toki side of things configured correctly and running smoothly. Any time we had questions or needed clarification, he was quick to jump in with clear guidance and thoughtful solutions. His support made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We truly could not have gotten everything up and running as efficiently without his help. We migrated from a very basic loyalty system to Toki, and what a difference it is! We can engage our customers much more via challenges, quizzes etc and thus create a community. The support is outstanding. Thank you Jason & team!
