Our experience with Toki has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, their team (S/O Elise) was there, working hand in hand with us to build and customize our loyalty program, offering support that has continued throughout our experience. Their level of service is unmatched in the Shopify app space. The Toki team is always available to answer questions and act as a true thought partner, and their customization and dev support have surpassed every expectation. Not only is everyone so kind and easy to work with, but Nikita, the CTO, has also been incredibly hands-on and positive, always willing to explore new possibilities with us. Jason, our CSM, is thorough and super responsive, frequently sending detailed Loom videos to ensure we're set up for success. Having used several major loyalty tools, I can confidently say that Toki’s level of customization and ongoing support is unparalleled. Building a program with Toki is not about vanity metrics—Toki helps foster true community building that translates into revenue. We love it!
