Our experience with Toki has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, their team (S/O Elise) was there, working hand in hand with us to build and customize our loyalty program, offering support that has continued throughout our experience. The Toki team is always available to answer questions and act as a true thought partner, and their customization and dev support have surpassed every expectation. Jason, our CSM, is thorough and super responsive, frequently sending detailed Loom videos to ensure we're set up for success.
