Tolstoy: Shoppable Video & UGC

This app allowed us to easily add customisable content to elevate our store, EDMs, SMS and user experience . The support is also top level! Such a great brand to work with as well, their vision and willingness to listen and action is what sets them apart!

Love this product and the support is incredible!! Great way to interact personally with customers on your site.

The Tolstoy widget was so quick to set up with a very friendly user interface. The customer support team is top notch and responds to all my questions within 24 hours and have helped me troubleshoot a variety of situations.

Thanks to Tolstoy for creating this app. It is very easy and fun to use. This is one of the best Shopify apps. Try it today.

We loved the idea of creating a more personalized experience for the customers that visit our site. Tolstoy allows us to help our customers by offering recommendations and information about our products. We love watching the analytics and seeing customers going through our chat journey. Customers really do watch the videos we create and listen to our product descriptions. Thank you tolstoy for making such an easy to use product.

Fantastic Team and useful app. I use it in my landing and i have great results. I also used this app for surveys to understand what my customers really wanted and I increased the conversion rate by 2%

Really cool app! Great way to provide a deeper connection and a more engaging way of presenting information to potential customers. Have been enjoying Tolstoy a lot. Galia and the team offer awesome support as well :-)

Thinking about Tolstoy? DO IT!! It's an amazing app. The support team are very responsive and an absolute joy to deal with as well. One way the app has assisted our business is that we were able to embed a video on certain product pages that communicated a specific supply chain issue that we had with certain imported products. This meant that the video was uploaded once, and answered any questions our customers may have had in relation to that specific group of products. The result? An enormous amount of time was saved having to communicate with each individual customer inquiry. This is a must-have in any eCommerce store... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I love this app - it gives my website a personal touch with creative walk-through videos that direct the customer to the products and resources they need. I highly recommend Tolstoy, there's so many ways to use it whether to improve customer service or increase conversions. The customer service is also very quick & helpful and they truly want to see your business improve with their services - thank you Sami for all your help and input since working Tolstoy!

Get a lot of compliments from customers on this app, they really love how it personalizes the shopping experience!

It's helped us a lot in communicating with customers and being more interactive. We highly recommend Tolstoy!

Love how easy this app was to use and it is really helpful in increasing our AOV. Highly recommend. Love it!

Very useful tool. Have implemented a welcome series on the website. Samantha reached out to us showing more features in how we can implement videos on product pages and in marketing campaigns. Highly recommend.

Install this app right now! These guys are amazing and this app is all you need. Galia and the team were too quick to solve my problems and set up videos.

This is probably the best app you can add to to your e-comm site. A great way to boost sales, uplift cart value, and hugely personalise the customer journey. The trend towards personalised brands with authentic content is key here, and Tolstoy offers a great way to build a relationship with your customers. They are always updating and improving the app, with regular new features available to drive even more conversions and impressions. The team are brilliant, very very helpful and will go above and beyond to make it work for you and your site. Brilliant.

We love Tolstoy! The customer service and help is amazing!!!! Nothing is too much trouble.. recommend highly to everyone!

Great app for engagement. We are going to be using this in many ways to drive customer trust and conversions. Top 5 apps I have used for Shopify. We convert some great sales with this.

I first saw this advertised on TikTok and was curious. We made the effort to make some nice videos and properly integrate into our site and we love it. It’s so much more personal than the message bubbles and the flexibility is great. You can focus on conversion, customer support, product education etc etc. Truly worth the 5* review.

Frankly, i must say that this app is really incredible. We have been expecting this kind of app for a long time, and we found it. We already start using it for our support center and we are now doing the videos for the sales part of our website. It's really user friendly and great support from the team.

What a creative idea! Super easy to set up & the support team is outstanding. I had a little hiccup and the CEO reached out immediately.
