Niezl has been very patient and accommodating when helping me to customise the Tolstoy app to suit my shop's requirements. Haven't set the app live yet, but the support has been great so far.

Very helpful Team! Thank you to Mikaela and Niezl, you guys are amazing. I talked with Mikaela from Tolstoy about changing location of arrows on my main page carousel, as they were not very intuitive, and the Tolstoy team was absolutely helpful beyond my expectations in customizing it. Not only did they send me an updated code, but also helped me implement all the changes, and now the arrows are exactly where I wanted them. Everything happened very efficiently as well - from my email to proposing and implementing the custom to solution in a matter of one or two days. Apart from customer support, the app itself is rather easy to navigate. So far I like the design and functionality.
