I cant recommend this app enough - the support alone was the best I've ever experienced with a shopify app. Niezl worked through all of my questions with ease and showed me real time how my videos look as we implemented! Would recommend to all business owners wanting to implement video! Thank you Niezl and the Tolstoy team! Five Stars!

I just started using Tolstoy and I think it's a great idea for creating a better connection with customers and adding a more personal face to my business. Setup was easy but I had a small issue that I reached out to support for. Mikaela was lovely and solved the problem in just a few minute. My widget now works like a charm and I'm excited to see how much my customers love the enhanced interactivity. Update: Still getting great reviews from customers on this super cool app. I had a hiccup today because I messed up a setting, but got great support from Niezl, who sorted me out in just a couple of minutes. Always friendly and easy to talk to.

I absolutely love Tolstoy. But I love it even more now. I had an issue connecting both my shopify stores to the one account. I chatted to online support and Niezl was so helpful. She answered questions quickly and even jumped on a call with me to show me what she was doing to fix the problem. It was the best service I've had from any app. Thanks Niezl and thanks Tolstoy for a great experience!

Super easy to use, and Niezl has been so helpful with all my questions. Video is a critical piece for my business, and I've seen conversion rates improve dramatically since displaying videos using Tolstoy in my store. So far so good!

Customer support is very great. They are able to answer and resolve the issues that we are facing. The app is also great as it is easy to embed and customize. Hoping that sorting of products can be implemented but looking forward on it.

This review system does not have enough stars to be able to evaluate the quality the attention and patience of the Tolstoy staff in supporting their clients. A huge amount of praise and credit goes to Niezl who was able to resolve issues that were not his responsibility and made Tolstoy an even better tool.
