Really happy with our Tolstoy experience so far. We use it for an interactive video faq and to display and explain out products better with content we originally produce for social media. I think it's a very nice feature which boosts the appearance of our shop. Also the customer service is excellent. Quick and competent answers. Thank you Niezl for helping us do some quick fixes. Just Installed & Mikaela was awesome service -- had a few questions about making it compatible on different landing pages and making it just right, she answered every question in a matter of seconds with screenshots and made the onboarding easy. Niezl is awesome!!! I was a little confused at first (only because I didn't slow down and read) but within minutes, I was able to figure the installation out on my own. Once I got that down, everything was SO EASY! I am so excited to see how these videos help with conversion. What a great way to add some personality and a true personal touch to my site. I've used other apps and this one is by far the best!

I just started using Tolstoy and I think it's a great idea for creating a better connection with customers and adding a more personal face to my business. Setup was easy but I had a small issue that I reached out to support for. Mikaela was lovely and solved the problem in just a few minute. My widget now works like a charm and I'm excited to see how much my customers love the enhanced interactivity. Update: Still getting great reviews from customers on this super cool app. I had a hiccup today because I messed up a setting, but got great support from Niezl, who sorted me out in just a couple of minutes. Always friendly and easy to talk to.

I absolutely love Tolstoy. But I love it even more now. I had an issue connecting both my shopify stores to the one account. I chatted to online support and Niezl was so helpful. She answered questions quickly and even jumped on a call with me to show me what she was doing to fix the problem.
