I reached out to customer support regarding Tolstoy not working on mobile devices. Mikaela looked into the matter and was able to let me know why that was happening and how to fix it. It was a seamless process. Great customer service. Love the app but also love that customer service is top notch with Tolstoy.

This app is user friendly and allows me to execute what I need out of it. What is the best feature is the extent their customer service team goes. Mikaela was of great help and went above and beyond to make my experience smooth. We all know the issues with communication and making things personal via chat, but she made sure I was helped and my questions were answered. Thank you, Mikaela!

Only using for a few days but I have to say, this is one of the best apps I've discovered for my store. It's always a struggle to make things personal online and truly have a conversation with customers but this makes it very easy. Very fast support, so far I'm extremely happy with the whole app.

This is hands down the best app that I have ever used. I am over the moon that I found this app. If you are considering adding this to your store, just do it! Guarantee you will LOVE IT! Great app with great support! Had a few technical issues installing this app and the team were amazing in offering support and helping me get everything set up. This app allowed us to easily add customisable content to elevate our store, EDMs, SMS and user experience . The support is also top level! Such a great brand to work with as well, their vision and willingness to listen and action is what sets them apart!

We loved the idea of creating a more personalized experience for the customers that visit our site. Tolstoy allows us to help our customers by offering recommendations and information about our products. We love watching the analytics and seeing customers going through our chat journey. Customers really do watch the videos we create and listen to our product descriptions. Thank you tolstoy for making such an easy to use product.

Fantastic Team and useful app. I use it in my landing and i have great results. I also used this app for surveys to understand what my customers really wanted and I increased the conversion rate by 2%

Thinking about Tolstoy? DO IT!! It's an amazing app. The support team are very responsive and an absolute joy to deal with as well. One way the app has assisted our business is that we were able to embed a video on certain product pages that communicated a specific supply chain issue that we had with certain imported products. This meant that the video was uploaded once, and answered any questions our customers may have had in relation to that specific group of products. The result? An enormous amount of time was saved having to communicate with each individual customer inquiry. This is a must-have in any eCommerce store... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
