Great customer support. Took us a few days to feed it our knowledge base as we have more than 60 products and some allergens data is not available on our website. So far I can see that more than 30 questions are answered per day so our customer support colleague is very happy. I see this is new app so I suggest adding a tutorial on how to add Q&A and URLs you want to exclude from bot so we don't have to contact customer support!

I started using Totebot a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful it became in such a short time. We asked it to use a soft-sell approach rather than being too pushy, and that's been working really well for us. I will have to check the numbers once we collect a bit more data. At this stage i can confirm that our conversion rate has grown significantly since we started using it. It has also helped us uncover some unexpected customer questions that we hadn’t included in our FAQ list.
