It is impossible to make an order manually, the page freezes. The support service does not answer the question what should I do. My client made an order in my store, but the order is not displayed in the app. The synchronization of the store with the app is not done qualitatively. There is no chat with the support service. This is the fourth POD that I work with and it is the most inconvenient, most confusing and unfriendly to the user application. I am very disappointed. In addition, there is a narrow range of clothing colors and very expensive goods.
Hello, Indeed, we do not offer a chat but a ticket system, and we have exchanged quickly and politely 5 times with you the same day of your request. There was indeed a freeze problem on your account, which we fixed the same day, as soon as we were aware of it. As far as your order is concerned, you have duplicated your products, which makes it impossible to synchronise your order (as explained in our knowledge centre, and it is the same for all app on the market). Concerning our products, we only offer quality products, all available in stock (for immediate shipment): if we decided to add all the colours, apart from the shipping times which would be much, much longer, we would expose you to product shortages. Indeed, manufacturers frequently withdraw products from their catalogue, we wish to avoid these problems. We hope that after this answer your review will be less harsh towards our team, which does its best every day.

I am genuinely happy with T-pop. Even though they are a small team, they are always willing to help. I had several issues and they always responded on time (not taking into account weekends obviously). The products are perfectly printed and the materials are high quality. Not counting the orders where my clients have mistaken their address, the delivery is on time, sometimes even earlier. I hope they grow big, you can tell by reading their blog they are hardworking and ambitious :)

So far, so brilliant. I've ordered a couple of samples which are such lovely quality and so am about to fill my shop with t-shirts etc! I love the eco packaging too, really lovely touch and really in step with my ethics. Also AMAZING customer service. 10/10! NEW REVIEW (November '23)! I stopped using tpop for tshirts (my customers weren't into tshirts!). etc and have now returned to use them for their prints. I LOVE the quality of their paper and am currently setting up my items in order to sell. HOWEVER, it's very very hard to edit. Currently it won't let me edit prices after I've uploaded a print, nor am I able to bulk edit or bulk delete. These things seem conspicuous in their absence, surely bulk editing is the bedrock for a big shop? I have had to delete items in order to edit the price which is very time consuming. Guys, five stars as ever on quality, 3 stars on usability of your platform to create products.

The app is easy to use and to integrate with Shopify. It would be good if you could make changes in designinfo after publiched in store. Perhaps it will come later. Easy to order, quick replyes with emails contact. Nice with just organic clothing. Thats number one. Can get prints wit human error, but they sent new it if should be a problem. Quick deliveries, that is importand for the customers! I hope the baby bodies can be thinner in the cottonfabric, 150 grams or less. Also I would love small cotton oranic leggings for small children. I am glad that I found this app for production i Europe!

Je débute sur Shopify et T-POP et je trouve l'interface très pratiques, et surtout le ton employé très original. J'ai hâte de finaliser mes produits !

Excellent print on demand products with very easy to use design interface and dashboard. Quality of the garments is excellent and I have had no issues with the quality of the printing. Products are produced within a reasonably quick timeframe and dispatched with registered post. Factory is based in Paris, France so would highly recommend for European Union based stores. Packaging is high quality and allows you to use your own store's branding which allows you to reinforce your brands awareness.

T-Pop is the perfect partner for ethical and sustainable print on demand. It's one of the few POD companies that puts sustainability at the forefront. We wanted to have a brand where sustainability is a core aspect and T-Pop was a perfect fit for us. It also really helps that the quality of the products and prints are sublime, so we can't recommend them enough. The app also works great! You can easily push specific products to your Shopify shop and everything is handled automatically. One small tip for newcomers: make sure to log out of your T-Pop account when trying to connect your Shopify account with T-Pop. If you're already logged in you may not get the prompt to connect both accounts. I had this issue when installing the app, but maybe it's fixed already.

Regarding the service and the effort from this app I would give a five +, however I cannot because we would sell much more if the sizes where bigger... A lot of our customers are +size and for these customers even size XL is too small.. the idea, ecofriendlyness is superb but please consider to make bigger sizes <3

Thanks for your GREAT review :-) Unfortunately, as far as sizes are concerned, this is a subject on which we don't really have any action possible: the manufacturers on the European market have very little stock in large sizes. Therefore, the supply is not possible and we regret it very much, as you do. We are trying to change things at our level, we also find this situation sad. It seems that this year, the manufacturers will take over and offer a really important stock on the bigger sizes. Impossible de passer une commande manuelle sur le site ou l'app. Ça tourne dans le vide pendant une durée illimitée. Pour une fois qu'on avait une équipe fr faisant concurrence à Printful. Je retourne sur Printful du coup, merci.
Avez-vous tenté dans ce cas de contacter notre support ? On se fait toujours un plaisir que d'aider lorsqu'il y a un problème. Merci pour votre dénigrement concernant les entreprises françaises, c'est toujours agréable : mettre 1 étoile pour un service que l'on n'a pas essayé, tout en étant malpoli, c'est super.

I'm new with T-pop so I haven't had much time with the app yet. I had a problem to connect the app with my Shopify store. The problem was maybe me, because I couldn't locate the correct button, but the boys at the Technical support helped me and also changed the button location so it's easier to see. Now everything works fine. Otherwise the app has been easy to use specially creating my products. Also I really love the sneaky comments on the app while waiting something to upload. Like " We know who killed Kennedy " :D I know too so I think me and the T-pop app are going to get along very well haha! Thank you for Christopher A and Pierre for helping me figure out the problem.

Great app for PoD. The quality is really good. Sometimes there can be some integration or order issues however the support team work fast and are helpful.

Prendas e impresión de calidad. La mejor opción POD para Europa, con seguimiento de envíos y ropa orgánica. Echo de menos poder imprimir por ambos lados de las prendas, así como poder añadir más opciones de marca (etiquetas, etc) Aún así, la mejor opción que he probado y muy contento con su soporte.
