Suite à un problème, le service à su régler les choses rapidement.
Bonjour, je suis désolé ! Notre application propose un essai gratuit de 7 jours, après quoi vous serez facturé mensuellement à partir de 4,99 $/mois. Je constate que notre équipe d'assistance vous a intégralement remboursé vos frais après que vous l'ayez contacté. Nous n'avons absolument pas l'intention de facturer les magasins qui ne souhaitent pas utiliser notre application. Vous pouvez simplement la désinstaller avant la fin de l'essai gratuit ou à tout moment. Merci, Alex et l'équipe TrackiPal --- Hi, I'm sorry about this! Our app has a 7 day free trial after which you'd be charged monthly starting at $4.99/month. I see our support team fully refunded your charge(s) after you contacted them. App verschleiert Kosten... Als Kostenlos angeben allerdings nicht mal im Ansatz "kostenlos" Die App will bei 100 Bestellungen im Monat $69.99, absolut unverschämt!

We started accepting PayPal Express Payment on our site because we had a few requests. Even though we've been in business for many years we were new to PayPal and they put a hold on funds until the items ordered were delivered. However, PayPal did not automatically sync with Shopify to get the updated shipping information in terms of the carrier tracking number. So even though the orders had already shipped and that information was recorded in Shopify, PayPal didn't get that information and as a result we were going to have to manually input every single tracking number for each order. Not anymore thanks to this app. I literally connected the app and within 5 minutes all 100+ orders that were paid with PayPal express had the shipping carrier tracking numbers added and the orders marked as shipped inside of PayPal. This is such a huge time saver and the price is even better. Highly recommend if you're looking to keep using PayPal but need your data to sync between your store and the other platform.

Our app TrackiPal is designed to sync your store's orders and courier tracking codes to PayPal, to reduce chargebacks and improve your reputation with PayPal over time, which should help reduce/avoid your funds being held for this type of issue in the future.
