Hi, I'm very sorry to hear that PayPal is holding your funds. We're not able to release them or affect that, we are not PayPal. Our app TrackiPal is designed to sync your store's orders and courier tracking codes to PayPal, to reduce chargebacks and improve your reputation with PayPal over time, which should help reduce/avoid your funds being held for this type of issue in the future.
