Installation and initial configuration was straight forward. I like that I can customize/train the ai bot to my store's information. This is just like training a real person to answer questions. The ai bot is available 24/7 so I don't have to be paranoid about missing messages all day and night.

This app has freed up time ($$) for me! It searches my store for basic customer service and then only escalates customer service requests that need personal assistance. I love that I can customize the chat bot to my own store and theme and conversation style! Highly recommended!
