BALSAMIQUE review for Transcy: AI Language Translate

Installed this app about 1 h ago, it takes a few minutes to get a handle on the setup and start correcting auto-translations. During the setup my translations stalled for some reason so I asked for help in the Chat (my rep was Giselle). The support is immediate and stellar, fixed the issue in minutes (which is not standard with most apps). The app is actually very intuitive. Translation quality is similar to Google Translate, so you need to go through each to proofread - this is the time consuming part that you have with every app. Overall I can really recommend this app!
