We’ve been using Transcy for our Shopify multilingual stores for quite a long time, and overall the experience has been very positive. The app is helpful for managing translations across multiple languages and makes international store operations much easier. What impressed us the most was the customer support. Raymond and the team were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our situation and provided a suitable solution very quickly. Really appreciate the professional support and smooth communication. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that need multilingual support.

We translated our store in 8 different languages. The app is very easy to use. The concept is simple but very useful. We use manual edit option not auto translate. We connected GPT API which allows us to bulk translate what we need. All translated content is updated fast on the website however the products translations were taken a lot of time to sync in shopify database so the content can become available for api requests, product xml feeds etc. We used our own system to translate the products with GPT api and write the translation back in shopify so we can create product feeds xml and connect to Google merchant center. The app provides 2 very useful functionalities. 1. Keyword translation exclusion list; 2. Find and replace keywords. Both functionalities allowed us to keep our product specific names unchanged and to replace very fast texts that we needed to change for specific markets. There were some problems along the way but the Transcy team helped us fix everything in a short amount of time.
