Trancy is a very useful app and does provide a lot of functionality. It is helpful for our international business. Big shout out to Eleanor for being a great sport and resolving some issues we were having on the compatibility side recently. She diagnosed and solved the problem quickly.

This is the perfect app for translating into various languages. Some parts can be a bit confusing, but their online live chat is very efficient at solving problems. I would have given it 5 stars. The only reason for a 4-star is that their price structure can get quite expensive as you scale your business, but this is only a concern for very large-scale stores.

At first I was very unhappy with this App, because it looked as if they had charged me during my free trial. And also because I had trouble finding how to manually modify translations and change the position of the switcher. But the Customer Service reached out to me and explained everything clearly and in detail. They also said I was still able to cancel the plan during my trial. So I believe we will keep the subscription, since it's clear the team is happy to help in case of issues.
