Oppastore review for Transcy: AI Language Translate

It started off really well, but has consistently gone down hill in last 6 months. Consistent billing issues, translations getting deleted and redirects not working. And there really is no AI translation unless you pay for some kind of enterprise plan. It's Google Translate. The support is always fast though .. but they make you run around in circles. Any issue they always blame on others - it's either SHopify billing issues or I must have clicked the wrong button on the app!! This has to be one of the most frustrarting experiences I have ever had with an app.
