Tatsächlich bietet die kostenlose "Translate & Adapt"-App von Shopify deutlich bessere Ergebnisse und eine stabilere Performance. Besonders frustrierend ist der Kundenservice: Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert, und der Chat-Support besteht lediglich aus einer KI, die keine Weiterleitung an echte Mitarbeiter ermöglicht. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, diese App zu nutzen, um die Integrität des eigenen Shops nicht zu gefährden.
