German Carpet Shop review for Transcy: AI Language Translate

EDIT (CURRENT REVIEW): Transcy really impressed us with their service. Not only did they answer our questions and wishes by providing proper service, but they also listened to us regarding some „issues“ with the app and actually fixed those. I’m genuinely impressed. Great app and great team behind it. Thanks for the service! EDIT: A big thank you to the Transcy-Team. The customer service reached out to us and provided answers to our question. There's only one issue that is disturbing us, regarding the functionality of the app itself. Specifically the "Translate"-Button, which activates the A.I. Translation-Function. By now, unfortunately it has caused us many enragements at our company, due to it activating the A.I. Translation-Function as soon, as you click on it. Technically that isn't much of a problem, since that is what it is supposed to do. It is very frustrating though when you click on it by accident. The A.I. Translation is a great tool for words or basic sentences, but sometimes it causes a variety of mistakes in the translation, which includes grammatical mistakes, wrong font sizes, etc.. This is understandable and fine, therefore we always edited the mistakes afterwards manually by ourselves. The problem is: as soon as you accidentally click on the "Translate"-Button, the A.I.-Tool starts translating an entire page and completely and overwrites our corrected texts. There's nothing we can do to stop it, no "Cancel"-Button whatsoever. It already has happened 2 to 3 times to us by now. Especially our webpage has a variety of long columns, and due to us accidentally clicking on the "Translate"-Button, the A.I. has overwritten our corrections of those columns several times. I'm willing to give the Transcy-Team a 5-star review, if they can adapt to that problem and solve it intuitvely. OLD REVIEW: Since the recent update, you cannot edit your translations manually anymore, unless you pay for monthly subscriptions. I had a few rational questions regarding the pricing plans, but the 24/7 support was incapable of answering them. They kept sending me links to Q&A's, which simply didn't answer my questions at all. This app started as being very helpful, but now it's just costly to us and the service cannot deliver answers to our simple questions.

Secondly your previous plan was a free plan, but with the latest update you will be automatically upgraded to Economy (9.9) without cost per month. Especially, you now have unlimited words to translate your stores and you totally edit all your pages in-app, please kindly check it again.
