Currency converter works very well, easy to install and I can select the currencies I want to display. It does exactly what I need it to do!

I’ve tried several translation apps over the years, and Hexcom stands out as my preferred choice. The interface is clear and easy to use, the support is excellent, and purchasing additional credits is simple and transparent—you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

The app is intuitive so it's easy to install and configure. It's also a true translation and properly configured to send the hreflang signals to Google (which many other translation apps don't). Now where the Hextom team really stands out is their support! There was a conflict with another app we had installed and Ingrid together with the development team were able to configure the exception rules so the other app could be fully translated and continue to work with the Hextom app! Not only was the app designed to address exceptions like this, the team at Hextom put together the solution and implemented it so our site works flawless in all our languages across all our apps! A++++++

After trying Shopify’s native solution and two other translation apps, we still couldn’t achieve a truly complete translation, especially across dynamic areas and after-login/customer-only pages. Hextom was the first tool that genuinely allowed us to finish the job. What made the difference is the flexibility of the workflows: Visual Editor, “All translations”, Custom Translation, and Excel import/export. Combining these approaches, we were able to translate everything, including cart-related and after-login strings, and the final result is now fully consistent across languages. Support was also excellent. Ingrid took the time to understand the exact scenarios, reviewed recordings, explained the Visual Editor limitation with login sessions clearly, and pointed us to the right workaround. That clarity saved us a lot of time when we were already deep in execution mode. One note for other merchants: don’t judge an app only by the number/quality of reviews. Some tools simply do the job better, and this was one of those cases. We’re happy customers. Highly recommended for merchants who need a serious translation solution and responsive, knowledgeable support.

Incomprehensible, no direct support only via email, you pay for a program that tries to translate, and then they charge you a high credit. Disappointing
