I recently purchased additional credits for the Hextom Translate My Store app, and while the credits didn’t show up in my account immediately, the support team responded quickly and resolved the issue very efficiently. Frank was incredibly helpful, kept me informed throughout, and made sure everything was sorted fast. The app itself is also very intuitive and a huge help for multilingual stores. Highly recommended!
