It works. Bulk work is done by AI really great - choose the tone of voice before your first translation (wasted some credits by chosing professional instead of casual). Translation is really good, you have to do some extra work to get the details right, but the visual editor is great and makes this work a bliss - if you build your shop right .... - Customer support is super super fast, know what they are talking about and fixed each issue in a matter of seconds. Pricing is good for what you get, especially for the number of languages and to get started very fast. Love it, recommend ist.

I’ve been using Hextom’s multi-language translation app on Shopify for almost a year, and it has been a great experience. The app is powerful, easy to use, and comes with clear tutorials. Great app, very easy to use and saves a lot of time with translations. Manual edits are preserved, and the support team is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I am using this app since 2022. Very happy with the support. They are honest if there is a bug and kept me updated on the developments of the issue I had. The app is easy to use and the AI fucntion does what it needs to do. I used other apps in the past that often created a lot of bugs etc.
