1. I had some errors/bugs after translation to German language. 2. I had bugs with visual editor. 3. There was also a problem with the translation credits. I purchased extra credits for the translation (more than 1 mln words), but half of them suddenly disappeared. The support team resolved all these problems. Thank you! My recommendation for merchants. If you want to ask something from support, send them an email. They don't answer in chat. I wrote several messages in chat but never got a reply.

We have the free version. It works well if you have not much to translate. For larger sites the paid version seems to be the better choice. Support is good though.

I used this app and really help me in the free plan. When AI translates i would prefer to be a tick box in the references to choose which paragraphs or texts to translate and which not.

I used this app to faster translate English to other languages in another webshop. I like the app but would like it to be more userfriendly when you manually have to go to certain pages.

I uses this app to translate our menu en 3 different languages. customers can now browse the site in their language.

No problems as of yet and the video tutorials make it is easy to understand. Not bad for a free app. I like it so far :)

We use TMS app to manage translation for the whole online store. Althought translating the whole store is very manual, the customer service is very reactive and helpful

I have zero knowledge in web designing, much more, translating the site from English to Arabic but this app made a newbie like complete the task as though I know what I'm doing. This is simple to use, direct to the point and very effective! Super awesome!

So far so good but a bit expensive if u have like 900000 words to translate...so i will do some manual for now...

I just downloaded the app to test it . First approach looks easy and it integrates perfectly with my theme without extra coding . Will evaluate further and come back to rate it . I am updating my comment . Customer help desk is super fast and efficient , easy and intuitive to use and the real cherry on the cake is that it allows you to sent customer notifications in different languages based on the language selector of your theme without needing to mess-up with the notification templates . very happy withe the app. I confirm again . really satisfied with the team help and support .

Seems quite good. import export works well. Nice to have - edit button for original text (when you find errors or you need to edit it would be comfortable), Must - urls don't appear in sitemap (i know they are not translated but they get the languagecode after the domain name for example domain.com/en)
