1. I had some errors/bugs after translation to German language. 2. I had bugs with visual editor. 3. There was also a problem with the translation credits. I purchased extra credits for the translation (more than 1 mln words), but half of them suddenly disappeared. The support team resolved all these problems. Thank you! My recommendation for merchants. If you want to ask something from support, send them an email. They don't answer in chat. I wrote several messages in chat but never got a reply.

BAD! Never work with this. Photos on different pages do not sync. Everything is translated incorrectly. Their answer there is a bug in it. Weeks later, still nothing has changed. How unprofessional you come across al brand. You pay so much money monthly for an app that doesn't work.

I am very happy to using this product. But I couldnt manage to automatic one, always going with manual translation. Once I think one of the major updates my webpage had problems. It was "currency" add-on, asking currency change, at that point I was using the program quite long time, and I did not think it effect my store, customers informed and I fixed. Now every update I am a bit hesitated. I love product based translation it was just added but now it is removed again. Anyway I like the program using it a lot.
