High quality application, very useful. Easily can pay for itself many times over, as it allows visitors to shop comfortably in a language and currency they most at home with. Since the application is fairly new, there are some features that could be added/ improved in my opinion. I am pretty sure they will be. The support staff definitely listens to requests/concerns and tries to address them. I know that because I often had requests with other applications by this same team. I would certainly recommend this particular application.

I was messing around with the Free Shipping Bar (great app, and huge ROI for the paid version) and saw that Hextom had other apps. I hadn't thought of translating my store before, but we continue to have more and more customers from non-US countries. I've only been using it a few weeks and am using one of the paid plans, but so far so good. I had no idea my site had so many characters, but that's ok. I have a reminder set for the first of the month to go in and use my monthly balance. Why I'm giving it 5 stars so early? The customer service. It's been prompt (about 24 hours) with clear english and always directly answers my questions. Overall, happy customer so far and we'll see if this app helps convert more international potentials to international customers.

Interface is clear and simple to use, the translation are very well processed with instant loading times, it seems native. Support is great, very responsive, friendly and happy to help with any issue at all times. Thank you

AI Translation works pretty well, had to make a few corrections. Initially, checkout page was not translated, but their support fixed it in an instant.

Easy to use, and gives info on what areas of the site are fully translated and what areas still need it. Had a weird glitch after a few months and their tech support figured out what was up and it got fixed right away.

I used this app to translate my store and provide different currency options to my customers. I needed some modifications about the selector on mobile browser to be done and the support team was very nice and responsive to my request! I would recommend this app to other sellers.

The support team is excellent, fast, competent and courteous. We had a some custom elements that the app did not initially capture for translation, so I reached out to the support team on several occasions and they were able to solve the situation quickly. In our European store, we offer English, German, French and Italian, and the app handles everything very well. The app also includes a backup function so in case one enters something incorrectly, one can always restore a prior time / date.
