Emma and her Team are truly remarkable. We were not able to display the language selector in the header of the Debut theme. One request, instant feedback and after 5 hours the issue was fixed. Many promise, but Hextom is ready, willing and able to truly deliver and keep the promise. A pleasure to work with them. Best rating ever.

We use this app on the free plan at the moment (in itself a great feature not all apps provide). Everything to do with manual translation works well, does what it says on the tin. The support provided by Translate My Store was also excellent, when I got in touch they helped me out with a minor issue via email with clear instructions & friendly manner. Many thanks!

This app is absolutely perfect for our needs (and also allows the flexibility to add other languages down the track). Wonderful customer service from Emma. We had a glitch due to leftover code from another App. They fixed my issue in less than 8 hours. I strongly recommend working with this App if you need your site in more than one language!

Great app ! I am using this app to translate to Japanese from English, this app is easy to use. I used manual translate and found it is very convenient for those who wants to translate each words precisely. The customer service is really good. It's easy to work in the app too. The flag thing was not working on my website and they changed it really soon. So i am really pleased and will continue and translate to more languages! The app is easy to download and works perfectly fine.

Great app! I was able to translate my entire store from Spanish to English. I translated manually (free) and it was easy, albeit a little slow but I'm very particular and prefer to do it this way. There are paid options that translate using AI, however I didn't use this option so I can say how well it works. Overall I have a good experience using the app!

J'ai utilisé l'application pour permettre aux clients anglophones de consulter la boutique en Anglais. La version gratuite est assez simple à installer et à configurer. Grâce à TMS, le site est désormais disponible en anglais et en français.

Utilicé la App en la versión gratuita Funciona bien. Es muy útil e intuitiva. Cierto es también que con la opción gratuita, en seguida te quedas sin suficientes palabras para la traducción AI automática. Pero la traducción manual es ilimitada y está muy bien. En poco tiempo puedes tenerlo todo traducido. Interesante también es que puedas ubicar un selector de idiomas, ya que el que viene estándar en el templete Debut es en la parte inferior.

This app is fantastic - depending on the number of languages you need the cost is very reasonable and the ability to divide up the translations tasks is great as is the glossary functionality for brand names etc. The free plan allows you to test the app before committing to a plan too. Also their support so far has been very fast and professional - no complaints and highly recommended!
