We use TMS app to manage translation for the whole online store. Althought translating the whole store is very manual, the customer service is very reactive and helpful

The app works great for manual and automatic translation. Support is really great, if you have any problems it will be fixed really quickly. Uses Shopify native translation which makes it easy to use.

Works flawlessly! A lot better than Weglot, Helium and many others. This uses the Shopify Translation API and it works great.

App facile da usare e molto utile per aggiungere lingue al tuo E-commerce. Ho contattato il supporto tecnico per un piccolo problema con il selettore: sono stati rapidi nel risolvere e mi hanno tenuto in costante aggiornamento.

This app is amazing!! I was able to translate my entire store using their AI software and could fix it up manually afterward. I had an issue with previous translation apps I installed in the past and they fixed it in no time. Definitely recommend.

ASSISTANCE IS SIMPLY INDECENT. I wrote the first time 2 weeks ago because I have very annoying problem with translation of shop policy pages (the app translate only half of the text despite refresh). They answer me to send them the link of the page in order to fix my problem (and I did it) and then they disappeared. I wrote several emails replying to the agent who first contact me, but they didn't manage to solve the issue. They simply replied to my review here below and with another useless email by saying they didn't receive any email and to "check my inbox" (maybe their staff should check the inbox!). I replied again with 2 emails and no answer. No other contacts, no phone number, no address... just a FAQ page (useless as the assistance service!). I would have left a detailed review on the use of the app with a higher rating, but this very bad assistance service is inacceptable. For Hextom: Please, don't reply again with useless sentence like "check the inbox" or "we didn't receive emails", we need your assistance to solve problems and give a good service not to receive "something to be said".

The app offers a friendly UI and great overview of what textblocks/assets still have to be translated (great if a colleague adds a new product, and doesn't create translated versions straight away). Support responds quickly to requests.

I used this app to translate my website and so far have been really happy. The free part of the app is manual translation and that is fine, just a little labour intensive depending how you have your products organised. Would definitley recommend!

Great translation App, AI translates in decent quality and connects very well with their other apps. Shop and cart gets translated. Support is fast and very helpful

Amazing!!! So easy to use, the only complaint I would have is that the free version only has 21000 available words to be translated by AI, but it is totally worth the price if you need more than that, and of course they have manual way of doing it too.

I have been using this app for two months now and I am really happy with it. We added three languages to our shop and it works great. Also, customer support is fast and great (thanks, Emma, for solving my problem literally an hour before New Year, when most of the world was partying).

Emma and her Team are truly remarkable. We were not able to display the language selector in the header of the Debut theme. One request, instant feedback and after 5 hours the issue was fixed. Many promise, but Hextom is ready, willing and able to truly deliver and keep the promise. A pleasure to work with them. Best rating ever.
