Easy to use and simple to understand, quite a treat!
A specific feature we want is unavailable, but the support has been very responsive.
I’ve been using Hextom’s multi-language translation app on Shopify for almost a year, and it has been a great experience. The app is powerful, easy to use, and comes with clear tutorials. Its automation features save a lot of time and effort. While there are occasionally needs that the current features don’t fully cover, the customer support team is always quick to respond. They not only help troubleshoot issues but also escalate them to their engineers for fast resolution when necessary. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that I plan to keep using.
Good translation app and the customer service is really great. Doing there best and solving the problems very fast!
Great app, very easy to use and saves a lot of time with translations. Manual edits are preserved, and the support team is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
