I had a bad experience with this app. I spent two weeks inside it, working intensely just to translate my store into the requested languages while following my glossary rules. But there was always a problem, either something was missing in the translation, or the support team kept promising things that never happened. Sometimes, translations I had completed would disappear the next day, maybe because support interfered or something wasn’t properly configured. I didn’t want to leave too early because support kept reassuring me, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. But after two full weeks, I still had no proper translations, everything was half done. Completely unacceptable. I lost a lot of time, and therefore a lot of money.
