I really like their approach, combining points purchases with a subscription model. My initial orders were small, but my customers were scattered. I stumbled upon this app because it supports Chinese, which is amazing. There are so few apps in the app store that support Chinese, and even fewer translation apps. If a translation app doesn't even support a language I understand, I don't see the point. So I chose Ciwi.ai, and it didn't disappoint. I've noticed a significant increase in my conversion rate. This is my first time subscribing to an app, and I plan to continue using it. I look forward to seeing more updates from Ciwi. I give it five stars for its excellent customer support and user interface.

This translation plugin is the best one I’ve ever used! It’s really reasonably priced and has no other messy fees! Highly recommended, and the settings are very sensible. Customer service also responds very quickly! But never use Translate & Currency — they have an auto-charge feature and deducted $1,000 without my knowledge. Do not use Translate & Currency!

We've been using this translation app for a while, and it's been excellent. The customer service is fast and very helpful — every time we had a question, they responded quickly and solved it efficiently. This app is incredibly helpful for fast and accurate translations—practically error-free. Yes, you do pay credits for translations (unless you connect your own API), but in return, you avoid the hassle of dealing with human translators and wasted time. The support team is responsive and very professional. In our case, we managed to translate an entire language in just 3 hours—a phenomenal speed compared to the 5–10 days it used to take us before. Highly recommended if you value efficiency, speed, and reliability in your translation workflow.

It's very user-friendly. The official translation app only supports two languages, which perfectly makes up for that shortcoming. Moreover, it's more convenient to use than other applications. The customer response is also very prompt, which has helped me solve a lot of problems.

I tried this app，the great side is very easy to use. And the translation result is perfectly displayed, not feel like a third-party plug-in, pretty immpresive. I used it for my 4th and 5th language(shopify only provide 3 languages).
