Regarding the glossary issue, Translify supports DeepL glossaries, including custom DeepL API keys. In this particular case, you forgot to declare some language pairs for the glossary to work, which resulted in certain brand names being translated unexpectedly. We worked together to identify and correct those issues. For the untranslated products, we investigated several cases where Shopify API throttling, we replayed the affected translations and continued improving the handling of these situations. I truly appreciate your recognition of the support provided. We exchanged many emails over several months, implemented requested features, created custom glossary setups, replayed failed translations, and worked through issues together to keep your project moving forward.
