It took a lot of back and forth email exchanges in real-time while we were troubleshooting it. He was able to give me precise directions and finally fixed it for me, thank goodness for that!! Thank you so much Dave!! 8/7/2025: Had a fraudulent order come in, and it was quickly resolved, thank you so much Harold, for your quick action and support!! 8/15/2025: Thank you very much Sam, for helping me quickly navigate customer returns, hoping to receive the product quickly!! Hi, I'm new to Trendsi. So far, my experience has been great because the staff Allan guided me through the entire process for onboarding, he was very patient, explaining each step along the way, and with screenshots as well. At no point did he show any impatience or anything like that. I just hope I can have everything set up and working properly, within the next one week.
