I was having an issue with TikTok address syncing over to Shopify and then setting up seller shipping. Raymart was amazing! He helped me step by step to get the address fixed and helped me with setting up my shipping with TikTok to avoid this happening again. Today I am having an issue with TikTok to Shopify to Trendsi order and Harold was great in getting the info he needed to sort out my issue.
