Harold provided excellent customer service, he addressed my concerns with great patience and a positive attitude. I was trying to sync my new collection updates in Shopify with Trendsi but discovered that syncing isn’t possible without uninstalling the app. Although I didn’t want to uninstall, I suggested adding this feature in a future Trendsi update. As someone new to both platforms, I had to make some adjustments to my storefront. While the issue was beyond Harold's control, he went above and beyond to review my store settings and work with me to find a solution.
