We started using Trident AB to test product pages and saw conversion improve. The setup took only minutes and analytics explain results clearly. Site speed stayed fast which was important for us. I wish the charts were more visual and saw a small typo in reports, but nothing serious.

Using TridentAB on our Shopify store and results are clear and easy to read. The app feels lightweight compared to others. Pricing is fair for what you get.

Not impressed. Our first test had an issue and when we tried to make the changes necessary it just glitched and kept trying to load. So we created a new test, and it will not switch back and forth at all. Support tried to help, but doesn't seem to be able to figure out what is going on. We just want a refund and will try a different app instead.

The app is faulty and causes rework - it removed all our variant images and caused lose of sales. Now we have hours of rework to just get our website back to where it was before implementing this app.
