Reviews Summary
TridentAB is a highly praised app for A/B testing on Shopify, with users highlighting its ease of use and effectiveness in optimizing product pages, pricing, and design elements. Many users appreciate the clear analytics provided by the app, allowing them to make data-driven decisions rather than relying on instinct. The lightweight nature of TridentAB compared to other tools is also a positive aspect mentioned in the reviews. However, there are some negative reviews mentioning issues such as glitches during tests, causing rework, and lack of responsiveness from customer support in resolving technical issues.

TridentAB helped us finally test changes instead of guessing. Setting up A B tests was easy and didnt need coding. Reports are clear enough to understand. I like that it didnt slow our site. Dashboard feels a bit busy and some terms confused me at first, but overall its been very helpful.

Great app for anyone who wants to stop guessing and start optimizing. We were able to test everything from product descriptions to price messaging and see which version really moved the needle. There were a couple of lags when traffic was heavy but never a deal breaker.

Honestly didn’t think we’d use A/B tests because they always sounded complicated, but TridentAB made it feel easy and even fun. Analytics are clear and since installing ive been able to make decisions with data instead of instinct.

Super handy app especially if you’re not technical. Setting up a test for button text and images was way easier than i expected and its dashboard told me exactly wich version did better. Site speed hasn’t dropped either like some other tools we tried.

Love that i can test changes without a developer. sometimes tests take a little longer to reach significance but it still gave us valuable insights
