A/B: Product and Price Testing

As a dev I appreciate that it piggybacks on Shopify's own infrastructure instead of loading a bunch of third party scripts. Ran it through our speed tests and saw basically no difference. Solid engineering.

Been in retail thirty years and never trusted these online gadgets much. This one changed my mind a little. The breakdowns showed me what my customers were clicking and after a few weeks my conversions crept up. The help articles could be written clearer though, took me a while to find answers.

Ok so I have been using this for our clothing store for about a month. We tested different hero images first then moved on to the wording on our buttons and even swapped the layout of the product page around. Every version ran smooth with zero lag on the storefront. My two wishes would be a phone app so I can check results on the go and maybe a cheaper tier for small shops like ours.

Tried it out to test two prices on my best seller and turns out the higher one actually sold better, who knew. The numbers on the dashboard made the whole thing pretty clear for me.

I was worried adding another thing would drag my site down but honestly the load times stayed the same. The reports are laid out in a way I can actually understand and I never touched a single line of code to get a test going. Only thing I'd want is a few more starter templates to pick from.

Ran a bunch of tests on my product pages this past month and my sales actually went up. worth it.

We've had good results using it to compare several landing page variations and product page changes. The data presentation is clean and easy to follow. I would like stronger export options for reports, and a few more customization settings for how results are displayed.

The speed impact was basically unnoticeable on my site, which mattered a lot to me. I also appreciate being able to test pricing ideas instead of relying on assumptions.

I run a small store and mostly guessed what worked before. This app gave me clear numbers to compare different product page versions, pricing ideas, and images. I also like that it didn't affect how fast my site feels. One thing I'd love is a few more example test templates for beginners.

Using TridentAB on our Shopify store and results are clear and easy to read. The app feels lightweight compared to others. Pricing is fair for what you get.

Not impressed. Our first test had an issue and when we tried to make the changes necessary it just glitched and kept trying to load. So we created a new test, and it will not switch back and forth at all. Support tried to help, but doesn't seem to be able to figure out what is going on. We just want a refund and will try a different app instead.

The app is faulty and causes rework - it removed all our variant images and caused lose of sales. Now we have hours of rework to just get our website back to where it was before implementing this app.

Worst app! After using this app, I needed to fix the Productpage for 3 hours...
