The preview feature is a lifesaver. I can double-check changes before saving them, and it’s saved me from making mistakes more than once. This alone makes it better than most bulk editors I’ve tried.

I’ve always wanted to know which product titles, images, or descriptions actually perform better but A/B testing always sounded intimidating and way too technical for my day-to-day routine. I kept putting it off, telling myself I’d “figure it out later.” Then I tried TridentAB, and it genuinely changed the way I run my store.

Not impressed. Our first test had an issue and when we tried to make the changes necessary it just glitched and kept trying to load. So we created a new test, and it will not switch back and forth at all. Support tried to help, but doesn't seem to be able to figure out what is going on. We just want a refund and will try a different app instead.

The app is faulty and causes rework - it removed all our variant images and caused lose of sales. Now we have hours of rework to just get our website back to where it was before implementing this app.

I ran one test on one product detail page. the goal was to test the product images. Test didn't work as it should. I immediately stopped it. But the app destroyed our product detail page. All images were a mess. Can't recommend it.

when I hopped on a call they promised free trial for 2 years, haven't received it since months. Also there's almost no live chat support, making it difficult to communicate. App does not show ATC performance as well, must be bug.

The free version of this app is very generous already and the paid version is a great deal for such a useful product. Jeremy and his team are excellent and always listen to customers' feedback regarding their product and are constantly adding new features. Greatly recommend the app.
