The dashboard is super simple and visual I didn’t need to guess what the numbers meant. It literally tells you which version is performing better in plain English. And the support team? They’re awesome. They helped me understand my first results and even suggested a few new test ideas.

Not impressed. Our first test had an issue and when we tried to make the changes necessary it just glitched and kept trying to load. So we created a new test, and it will not switch back and forth at all. Support tried to help, but doesn't seem to be able to figure out what is going on. We just want a refund and will try a different app instead.

TridentAB turned out to be a lot more useful than I expected. I’ve always wanted to test different versions of my product pages, but most A/B tools are either too complicated or require coding. This one was super simple I set up a few tests in minutes and started seeing real data right away. It’s helped me understand what actually converts, without the tech headaches.

The app is faulty and causes rework - it removed all our variant images and caused lose of sales. Now we have hours of rework to just get our website back to where it was before implementing this app.

I ran one test on one product detail page. the goal was to test the product images. Test didn't work as it should. I immediately stopped it. But the app destroyed our product detail page. All images were a mess. Can't recommend it.

when I hopped on a call they promised free trial for 2 years, haven't received it since months. Also there's almost no live chat support, making it difficult to communicate. App does not show ATC performance as well, must be bug.

The free version of this app is very generous already and the paid version is a great deal for such a useful product. Jeremy and his team are excellent and always listen to customers' feedback regarding their product and are constantly adding new features. Greatly recommend the app.
