impossibile to uninstall without technical support and after you unistall they not even respond

We discovered this app in search of a user-friendly tool that would enable the customer's decision making as regards fit size. Since the beginning of the onboarding process, the customer service rendered by the app's development team has been excellent! We look forward to continued usage.

Their onboarding experience is incredible. I got responses back in minutes and the implementation happened in a day! They were open to customizing the brands that make sense for our brand to have on the widget which was important to us. They also provided additional opportunities to leverage their platform to reduce our return rate. I would highly recommend this app and Serhat is the BEST on the team!

Customer service was EXCELLENT! TrueFit contacted me to check if I needed any help on installing the widget and they took care of everything so fast. They were great. I'm new to the app so I can't still say much about it, but so far it seems great!

The app is really easy to install. Very good integration with Shopify and the sizing advice is accurate as well.
