18/11/25 I am following up because we still have not received any response, and the issue remains unresolved. At the moment we are still unable to access the Trunk Inventory app due to the Cloudflare error, and our Etsy channel remains disconnected. This is creating a serious delay in our daily operations, as we cannot synchronize inventory or fulfill orders properly. We deeply appreciate your work and understand you may be busy, but we kindly ask for your urgent assistance. Please let us know when someone can take a look at our case. Hi there, please look for our response as we have already sent our reply. We're really sorry about the Cloudflare error. There was a global outage on Cloudflare's end that was unfortunately out of our control which didn't affect syncing, only website access. Everything is now back up and running now however and your Etsy channel is syncing again properly. Your Etsy sales channel being disconnected is a separate issue that we'll need to investigate.
