I must say, I am pretty impressed with the app so far! Installed and set it up yesterday on a copied store to figure it out and enabled the final version on my published store. The setup is fairly easy, even for beginners, you can even upload your own icons. The payment icons can be customised, which is so great! Often payment icons can stick out like a sore thumb with clashing colours. I could adjust mine to my branding, so they look high quality and intentional and not gimmicky. They even show up on browsers with loads of extensions, which was a problem with the app I used before. Checked my store performance over night and it stayed the same, so no impact here, which is great. Customer service was quick to remove the branding, which was great, too! After trying so many apps and being disappointed multiple times I must say, this app really made my day! Will check out more apps from Channelwill! Really gained my trust with this one! I’m loving the app! It’s easy, fast, and lets you customize your badges or even upload personal designs. I would appreciate more personalization options, such as the ability to adjust padding, margins, and similar settings. However, the absence of these features is more than compensated by their amazing support team. I had some issues with badge alignment on mobile, and the support team promptly took action and helped me fix the problem. Gill from the support team was truly outstanding—patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process!
