I installed this bad application, I could never appreciate it and it was never integrated into my Shopify account, let alone my store! Sorry but it's the truth, it doesn't even give me the option to save inside when managing the app

I used this app for the trust icons on my store. What they don't tell you is their code also adds opt-in code to your site. Removing the app also leaves remnants of their code in your shop code. Not impressed and removing the app.

Only shows up on some products but not on others. Emailed their "support" for help but got an autoresponse stating they don't have the capacity to answer support emails. Not helpful at all.

Same experience. Uninstalled app, however badges remained even when I deactivated them. Cannot get in contact with support

We have uninstalled Booster Apps application as soon as we received error after installation. They declined to support and free subscribers. https://apps.shopify.com/trust-hero. It left quite a few files, codes and script behind that are interfering with other applications as I we were notified. Have contacted Booster Apps directly and also escalated through Shopify staff multiple times. They have declined to help. Booster Apps response: "Jan 31, 20:54 EST Hi there, Thanks for the email! Unfortunately this is an auto-reply as the app only comes with help site support :( As a business yourselves, I hope you understand that with over 100,000 users of our free apps we can only provide email support for paid customers. Please check out our Help Center for answers to our most frequently asked questions. The Booster Apps Team" In their help section the instruction the have for manual code removal applies to only one of their apps which does not help either.

The trust badges do not work. When we contacted them for support, we received an auto-reply stating "they do not reply to support emails".

The app is buggy, been needing some help, its been 3-4 days, just waiting on their support to reply, now check it out only when they will see this bad review, now they will reply

Very bap app. I tries 3 times and I can't install it. It takes me to an error page. Also I wrote an email to the support team and they answered me that as I'm not a member of the app and I don't pay they can't spend time helping me. Then you lost a client. ;)

Text is never aligned and icons locate in opposite directions . Wasted my precious 1 hour to settle it down without success .

As other recent reviews have stated, this app no longer works. It only shows a line of text instead of the actual payment icons. The 'support' is non-existent and is a patronizing auto-response. Save yourself the time and avoid this app.

Ne recommande pas cette application, elle ne sert a rien. Si vous avais un problème on vous enverra un mail vous disant de vous débrouiller par ce que vous êtes sur une version gratuite, autrement dit vous avez une version gratuite vous ne valais rien. A éviter et chercher une application plus professionnelle. j'ai mis une étoile parce que je ne pouvais pas mettre moins.

Testing on a theme I will be purchasing... so far looks good. Hopefully, when the site goes live I can see the icons. Thanks for a smooth install. June 22 - Purchase theme, can see the text but not icons. Anyone with the same issue? Wish Trust Hero would just provide code so I can insert as oppose to contacting them then receiving automated message because we're not paid subscribers revert to FAQs (no problem there), waste of time if in this support section finger is pointed to Shopify. Interesting.

The app doesn't show the actual trust badges; FAQ didn't solve my issue and the customer support is only for paid customers. Disappointed service for an app not working. Next!

I really liked this app to start- very easy to use and looked fine. But then suddenly for no reason the icons disappeared from my product pages and it would just say "Check out securely with" and nothing else. I tried everything (turning on/off, uninstalling/re-installing etc.) but didn't work so contacted support and all I got back was a generic reply that they don't give support or help to non- paying users. First off, this app says it's free to use. Second, if I love an app and it does what it says AND it has great support, I'm pretty likely to upgrade when I need more features as supposed to finding another app which I'll be doing now.

Not possible to change anymore, website is also not responding anymore. If this isn't fixed, I need to deinstall it. I really liked the app though.

Can't download it. It gives an error when trying to download and then on the odd chance it does get to the install page it consistently gives an error page. Please fix.

When you try and install the app you get an error that says "This page isn’t working boosterapps.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"
