Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Trusted Shops App. Die Installation ist einfach und alle Funktionen können mit ein paar Klicks angepasst werden. Natürlich muss man sich die App mit den monatlichen Kosten leisten wollen aber Trusted Shops ist im deutschsprachigen Raum nun einmal sehr anerkannt und stellt ein hochwertiges Gütesiegel für die Kunden dar. Auch der Kundensupport klappt via Email sehr gut.
Danke dir für die netten Worte. Das bedeutet uns wirklich viel. Es freut uns sehr, dass die Integration für dich reibungslos lief. Genau so soll es sein. Insgesamt ist die Firma Trusted Shops nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäß. Die Leistungen sind zu teuer und außerdem die Vertragslaufzeiten zu lange. Ich habe sie nur eingesetze weil sie noch wegen der Bekanntheit der Marke profitieren bei der älteren Generation.

After working with Trusted Shops for nearly a decade, I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience — especially for other small businesses considering their service. First, their **app performance for Shopify and WooCommerce is far from adequate**. The integrations are clunky, slow, and often unreliable. In contrast to other review platforms that offer smooth plug-and-play solutions, Trusted Shops feels outdated and poorly supported for modern e-commerce platforms. It often creates friction in customer journeys rather than adding value. However, the **biggest frustration lies in their cancellation policy**, which I would honestly describe as **abusive**. Despite giving notice and clearly stating that we no longer wish to continue, we are being forced to pay for a **full additional year of service**, amounting to nearly **1.000€**, for a tool we are no longer using or benefitting from. There was no flexibility, no reasonable discussion, and no understanding — just strict enforcement of a clause buried in a lengthy contract. After 10 years of loyalty, we expected a fairer and more respectful offboarding experience. Instead, we’re left with the feeling of being penalised for leaving — which speaks volumes about how the company values long-term clients. There are now many more agile, user-friendly and customer-centric alternatives on the market. My advice? **Read the small print very carefully**, and think twice before committing.

To clarify: our cancellation deadlines are clearly outlined in the contract and reminder emails. In your case, the notice period was unfortunately missed. Despite your later claims, no valid proof of a timely cancellation was provided. As a result, the contract was extended according to the agreed terms. We understand that this outcome can be frustrating, especially when business circumstances are difficult. At the same time, fairness means applying the same rules to all clients in a consistent and transparent way. Regarding the product itself, we continue to improve our integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms. Thousands of merchants rely on them daily and see strong results. This is the worst app I’ve ever installed on Shopify. They don’t even provide an online cancellation button — I had to email them just to request canceling my subscription. Their reply? I’m locked in for 18 months and can only cancel after that. I ended up paying a fortune just to get out. This feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs! Do not use it.

Je déconseille vivement cette société. Malgré mon souhait de résilier, car je n'utilise plus leurs services depuis plus d'un an, j'ai été confronté à des prélèvements de 100€ par mois, soit 1200€ par an, et ce, sous prétexte d'un engagement d'un an. Leurs conditions de vente sont obsolètes et ne correspondent plus du tout à la réalité des utilisateurs actuels, notamment ceux utilisant des plateformes comme Shopify. Leur politique commerciale est déconnectée des attentes des clients d’aujourd’hui. Si vous cherchez un service fiable et adapté à vos besoins, passez votre chemin et allez voir ailleurs.

Leider eine sehr Nutzerunfreundliche App. Wir zahlen, obwohl wir NULL von eurem Service profieren. Wirklich extrem schlechter Service

We have 2 websites but the app is not working on mobile. We asked for an audit on the website but they are saying that they have support only for certin countries! The trigger for email sending is not working on Fullfield status, only on the date of the client order.

It is a very costly solution, which unfairly locks you into a contract that automatically renews with 3 months' notice, which is not written in the signed contract but very briefly mentioned in their general conditions. Also, no notification or reminder is sent before the renewal deadline, which doesn't comply with German law.

Installation und Integration verliefen recht einfach und ohne Probleme. Bei Fragen ist die Faq sehr gut und man wird sofort fündig. Die Funktionalität ist hervorragend.

Die App an sich funktioniert gut. Die Mitgliedschaft bei 'Trusted Shops' hat sich für unseren kleinen Shop aber leider nicht gelohnt. Wir haben keine merkliche Verbesserung der Conversion Rate festgestellt. Member-Support war nicht besonders zuvorkommend: Als wir unsere Mitgliedschaft kündigen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Kündigungsfrist (von 3 Monaten!) um ein paar Wochen verstrichen wurde und die Mitgliedschaft sich um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert. Aus diesen Gründen summa summarum leider keine Empfehlung.
Wir bedauern, dass Sie Ihre Mitgliedschaft gekündigt haben, möchten uns aber für Ihr Feedback bedanken. Wir arbeiten weiter daran, das Angebot zu verbessern und auch mit Kennzahlen für die Shops messbar zu machen.
